The Sophisticated Cat currently offers wholesale on a limited basis to qualified retail stores, animal hospitals and shelters, rescues, and veterinary clinics. We require a valid tax ID # or Resale Permit for wholesale customers.

The Sophisticated Cat will be happy to drop ship for you! We will charge a handling fee of $2.50 per drop ship order . Tracking information is emailed to you when the order is shipped. We DO NOT include any paperwork or any of our company information with your order. We use your address as the return address for drop ship orders. We do not drop ship to international addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Information:

FOB is from Chicago, IL. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. We charge the exact cost for shipping (no hidden fees). Upon request, and for an additional charge, expedited shipping services can be accommodated. International orders are shipped via USPS.

Return Policy:

We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product is damaged or defective. All defective, damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported to our office within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will replace any damaged item(s) at no cost to you. You must contact our office for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) in order to return any damaged product. Please note that any package arriving without a RMA# will be refused and returned to you.
